Terms of Service

By commissioning testing services, requesting quotations, or utilizing technical analytical services provided by RSQUARE BIO LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "Laboratory", "We"), the Client ("Customer", "You") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All laboratory work is executed in accordance with mutually agreed test requisitions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), relevant pharmacopoeias (IP/USP/BP/EP), and international testing standards (ISO/GLP/OECD guidelines).

To ensure laboratory accuracy and staff safety, sample submissions must meet the following criteria:

• Accompanying Documentation: Samples must be accompanied by a completed Test Requisition Form (TRF), batch/lot numbers, storage condition requirements, and relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Hazardous Materials Declaration: The Client must explicitly declare any known hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or infectious properties of submitted samples prior to dispatch.
• Sample Integrity: The Laboratory reserves the right to reject samples that arrive damaged, compromised, improperly labeled, or outside required temperature thresholds.

Test results issued on Certificates of Analysis (CoA) relate exclusively to the specific sample items received and tested by Rsquare Biolabs:

Upon full settlement of all invoiced fees:

• The Client owns all specific analytical results, CoAs, and test data generated from their submitted test articles.
• Rsquare Biolabs retains ownership of all underlying laboratory methodologies, proprietary test assays, software scripts, and internal SOPs used to perform the services.

Pricing for laboratory testing is provided via formal written quotations:

• Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise.
• Invoices are due upon completion of testing or according to agreed credit terms. Rsquare Biolabs reserves the right to withhold final test reports until outstanding balances are cleared.
• Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and statutory taxes are charged extra as per Indian tax regulations.

Unless specialized retention schedules are agreed upon in writing:

Tested sample remnants are retained for 30 days post-report issuance before being safely disposed of in accordance with bio-hazard and environmental waste disposal regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Rsquare Biolabs for any claims arising out of testing errors or delays shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific test in question.

The Laboratory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from sample handling or commercial reliance on test certificates.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
